So you expect Sean White and Franklin to both get a ton of yards this year?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Franklin still have 200-300 rushing yards out of wildcat formations or WR sweeps.

And White only had 163 yards last year, and AU still lead the league in rushing yards per game

And does bringing back the top five returning rushers matter when one of them runs for 130 yards?

What are you talking about? We had 7 guys rush for more than 130 yards last year, and 6 of them are back.

And yes, obviously returning yards and experience matters. Maybe one of them only has 130 yards, but when there's 6 other guys with more yards... it all adds up.

Having many options to carry the ball is a great thing. Less wear and tear on the top guy. We aren't running anybody into the dirt and ruining them like Georgia is.

ETA:
Btw, we return 9 guys that rushed for at least 1 TD last year. And yes, that matters.

White and Franklin were both top five for carries.

Yeah that's what I said. But White wasn't top 5 in actual yards.

I'm saying having the top 5 guys back isn't a big deal when they only have 100+ yards. And considering two of them won't see much playing time it's even less of a deal. Having your top two who carried the load is a huge deal though.

And you may want to rethink which program runs backs into the ground since Pettway averaged 23 carries last year while Chubb averaged 17 and Sony averaged 12.
