Nobody ever said that Ole Miss paid LL.
The Level 1 violation occurred when the Associate AD introduced boosters to LL, a prospective Student-Athlete. OM never denied that.

wait...didn't leo lewis tell the NCAA that an Ole Miss booster gave Leo a wad of $100's(in one interview) and a bag full of cash(in a second interview)?
fwiw...the answer is yes. Leo Lewis told the NCAA that an Ole Miss booster paid him.
