To be honest I'm not 100% sure how the process works, but I would imagine that OM would be privileged to transcripts of the interviews. Seeing as how they were not allowed to cross examine the student athletes, they have be able to defend themselves against what they are being accused of. I really do not know, I am speculating (maybe hoping) the NCAA would at least give OM that decency. But, then again I could be completely wrong. Who knows? We'll find out if any of this means anything this fall when the hearing takes place.

That's what caught my attention. If OM truly was denied an opportunity to interview their accuser, they have to feel like they're dead men walking.

Thanks for the response

this isn't a court of law. Leo Lewis does not play for your team. He doesn't have to sit down with your coaches at all and why would he? He's probably scared you guys are going to record him again... which by the way if his mother was not present and you recorded some high school kids conversation... I'm pretty certain that is against the law if they are still a minor. I hope your dirtbag athletic program burns to the ground. you are a disgrace and an embarrassment to the SEC. you guys have been caught cheating in 3 sports. I'm fairly certain it is across the board. yall should be relegated to only having intramural sports
