People are seriously overestimating what BO inherited.

It's not only that the team wasn't very good, it's all the negativity swirling around the program when he took the job.

GPs successor SHOULD have had a very strong foundation. That was all ruined when a couple of players decided they wanted to protest and GP decided he had to allow it. The rest is history.

BO will have to win despite all of that, because the fans aren't coming back without this team making a serious run.

Just like a lot of Mizzou fans are protesting by not coming to games the players had a right to protest.

I just have to say it, but Mizzou football has always been mediocre when Pinkel coached. They did win 4 conference championships in the 20 plus years under him, but they were destroyed in the B12 and SEC championship games.

When BO took over from Pinkel he said that he wanted to bring in more highly rated players than Pinkel. Let's see!

WTF do you call a top 10 defense??

This is BO's team now........ The protests are loooooong since over..... Let's see what he does this year.

Maybe stop making excuses before Season II even starts.

I'd take this more seriously coming from you if you said anything close to this prior to the last season starting. After a really bad season, it just sounds like justification.
