it mentioned "interfering with public speakers" as being a felony... so does this mean when reporters cutoff Butch at a presser and ask him why there were 14 defensive players on the field they will be charged with a felony?

I'm not really sure who brought the whole felony thing into this conversation. I can't find any verifiable source to back up that assertion.
