Before we devolve into a Thunderdome-esque brawl based on assumptions of what is in the law, why don't we all just read it?

Express support for rallies and peaceful protest is written into the law. Unless you believe that BLM is inherently violent, they will still be allowed to rally/protest.
Bipartisan support for the bill in both houses, with 85-7 vote in TN House and unanimous(30-0) vote in TN Senate.
Bill encourages contesting ideas that one disagrees with, but not stifling the expression of such ideas.
