Med experts of the OT: explain why I get the shits in the morning?

So most mornings I get out of bed around 10 (I'm a lazy frick, I know), don't eat anything for breakfast, only drink several bottles of water then eat lunch around 12
In that situation I'll usually have to take a good solid shite soon after getting up
Other mornings like this morning I'll get up at 8, again have to take a good solid shite not long after getting up, only drink several bottles of water and not eat anything until lunch around 12
On mornings like these somewhere between 11-12 I'll be hit with a sudden case of the runs. Full on diahreah
What the cause of this (other than full blown AIDS of course)? It seems to not happen if I'll eat something for breakfast but I usually don't just bc i simply don't get hungry til about lunch time

Do you drink many cokes in a day. That happened to me. Cut out diet cokes and I was cured.

I don't drink any carbonated drinks
It's not really a common problem or anything, just strange that it consistently happens in the situation that i described but I don't get up that early very often.

I used to get the morning runs with regularity when I was hitting a lot of happy hours after work and drinking crappy domestic drafts.

Are you getting up for specic reasons on the earlier days? Unnoticed stress, or a touch of anxiety could do do it.

You're not treating your digestive system with respect and it's responding accordingly. Some of us need a diet regimen and you certainly sound like you would benefit from one.
Be warned that this sounds like a symptom for something that could develop into a serious condition such as stomach ulcers or colitis. Discuss it with your physician.

Nothing I can think of, only reason I get up earlier is bc I have an appt or something to get up for but that doesn't stress me and this morning I certainly wasn't stressed

I eat lunch and dinner basically at the same time every day so I'd say it's pretty regular
No idea how much fiber I eat though

I'd say that's your issue then. Fiber performs two major functions for your bowels. First, it's "nature's broom" in that it sweeps everything along with it as it navigates the small intestine and the colon. Second, fiber forces the bowel muscles to exercise by pushing it through the intestines.
All muscles will atrophy if they don't get used properly. If you're a meat and potatoes guy, then your bowels are weaklings that don't have to do much work. You should do some googling about shite; what a healthy person's shite looks like and how important fiber is in producing it.

I drink coffee in the morning and shite about an hour afterward without fail
