In mid 20s and pretty healthy other than having a medium beer gut. I pretty much eat whatever I want and don't workout but I make a conscious effort to drink as much water as I can a day, usually end up around a gallon, and am pretty active

I don't plan on making any changes to those thing but I was thinking about it the other day and was wondering if I should start taking some type of daily vitamin or something. Idk just seems like something ppl start doing as they get older

What does the OT say?

I'm by no means a health guru, but I started taking a one-a-day in my 20's. Not because I really needed to, but on top of all of the shitty food and alcohol I consumed, I figured it was the least I could do to help my body, along with exercise.

Go get a life insurance policy while you are still young and healthy, it will be super cheap and you'll thank yourself in 10 years.

If you have a beer gut at your age, changes need to be made. Watch the sugar intake and buy a whole life policy soon.

No. Waste of money.

Just limit your sugar/carb intake somewhat and you'll see better results.

When you have been diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency and not before.

Vitamin dosing can be harmful. Some bacteria and parasites get stronger than they should when you feed them vitamins, giving them the upperhand against your immune system.
