Proof? I've never seen a thread like this about a regular student. (Before anybody says anything, we have OT stuff all the time) The only reason people are upset is because he plays football. He knew better and he did it anyway.
Then you are not paying attention. ACCPD's use of UGA students as their cash cow is very well documented. They'd much rather bust an underage drinking jaywalker than a serial armed robber. Simply no money in busting an armed robber outside greshams disco.

The people in a college town that are going to get into trouble are college students.
They are the ones that are going to be drinking too much, smoking weed and getting into trouble with pranks, due to immaturity. Everybody should understand this. Plus, the college kids probably outnumber the regular people in town. (A lot of major college towns anyway)

Except it wasn't the ACCPD that arrested him. It was the UGA police.

True. but in this case, they had to respond. They didn't go out looking for EH.
