It happens everywhere, all the time. It's just that in Athens, they take these menaces off the streets and put them in jail... because of freedom and America.
At least the dude isn't drinking alcohol and driving around. We all know weed >>>>>>> alcohol. What we really need to have happen is for Kirby to get the local PD to let UGA handle these victimless crimes internally instead of profiting off these kids by throwing them in jail.

Then who will handle the non-athletes' "victimless crimes"? Is that the precedent you wish to set?
These kids have all they'll ever need sitting on a silver platter right in front of them and the only thing they have to do is walk a not-so-difficult line.
