OK st blew out OU to win their conference and definitely deserved the chance to play LSU. All while Bama was resting up watching on tv not winning the SEC. Was OK st better than Bama? Obviously not, but they deserved the chance. You give nick Saban a second chance in the same season and he won't make the same mistakes that he made the first go around.

The voters and computers don't agree with you.
The system that was used at the time says that Alabama had the better resume and deserved to be in the game.

To be fair, OK State lost to Iowa State very late in the season. At that point it was pretty obvious that Bama was going to be in.
