Malzahn was an incredible OC
Bielema was a great DC
Butch Jones was a decent OC
Kevin Sumlin was an offensive coordinator for a grand total of 8 games (in which he called plays). He somehow conned his way into a CO-OC without playcalling duties and 2 head coaching jobs.

Butch Jones is nothing but a cheerleader. I would guess most HS coaches at large programs know more about the Xs and Os than him. Dead serious.
