I think your biggest concern will be if the vestiges of the GOB system that fought for control of the program pre-Saban decide to reassert themselves. I'm sure there are still a few old greyheads that are thinking "Alabama football didn't become great because of Saban, we can go back to running things our way and not miss a beat".

But then again, Saban may outlast all those guys. Dammit.
