but the true pressure will come from having to win at such a high volume and keep the cupboard stocked from being a recruiting machine that Saban is.

Saban's successor will have to be totally confident in himself and his system and will have to understand that Alabama fans, always trigger happy and irritable, will be even more so with him.
The first time Coach Z goes 9-3 Finebaum will spend the entire offseason with idiots on air talking about how Coach Z doesn't have what it takes and the program is about to enter a "insert school that fell from power" down spiral.
