My assumption is that most would look at it over a 2 year period where you are looking at 1 year. I have no idea if your numbers from the previous post are correct but assuming they are:
H-H
Year 1 = $10M
Year 2 (return trip) = $0
NS
Year 1 = $6.5M
Year 2 = $6.5M
$3M more in the NS over H-H.
