All of the structural components are prefab and made to order. Think about all of the giant overhead beams for the NW Corridor project. They've been working on that for a couple of years now, and they're just getting all of the structural pieces in place.

And that's with planning.

Don't they just need to replace like 6 concrete columns? I know I'm missing something but it just doesn't seem like it would need to take that long.
