To store that stuff in a building, you need a sprinkler system with some serious water demand. To store in under a vital transportation and communications artery is beyond fricking retarded. This could cost a Fire Marhsal his job among folks.

A car fire could have started it, but once it hit that plastic and it got involved, it was over.

Someone I know speculated that it might belong to Google. Many people have been pointing fingers at GDOT over it.

Also another speculation is that crackheads had got in there and were trying to burn off the pvc to get to the copper on the inside and it went up.
