There are several from the original NOA that we've already punished. The player that crashed on the coach's couch has already paid back the coach. Tunsil was suspended for 7 games until the NCAA cleared him because of the loaner car deal. Players paid back for free meal. Several recruiting restrictions(visits, phone calls, etc.)
I'm not saying that this will completely get us off the hook...but we won't be double punished for some of the violations that we've already made amends.

And that's fine. But they can slap a 4-year bowl ban and dock you 38 schollies over 3 years if they want, just for the ACT fraud.
I feel like you are reluctant to accept they have all the charges they need to absolutely slam you. This second round part is just about getting show-causes for Freeze and Bjork because y'all didn't fire them.

Has OM done anything to purge the boosters? Because IMHO, they are the jackasses that at the end of the day won't be directly affected by the sanctions. They won't lose their jobs, or have to pay restitution, or suffer public humility for their actions.
