The stupidity of posters on this site is really amazing sometimes.
They can get 27 NOAs from this investigation and will not be facing a repeat offender status. In order to be a repeat offender, the original case must be resolved and then the the program get caught reoffending at some later date.

This how they prove they were right all along later down the line. It's what everyone has done. Spout inane bull shite, 0.1% is correct, "See I told y'all!!!!". Rinse, repeat.
