Painkillers and opiates are a completely different animal than cocaine. The physical and mental withdrawals are something straight from hell. You want to talk about addiction, that is a true addiction that affects not just your mind but your body and can actually kill a person who is trying to get clean. Cocaine is not in the same league.

Cocaine dependency, alcoholism, and other drugs like meth are just as bad to get off of.
