No you're still missing the point. We have one true slasher in Jordan Harris. Nobody else on our team is a true slasher. Crump has the potential. Maybe TeShaun and maybe Hammonds. Keats would need more slashers and guys than can be really explosive from one end of the floor to the other. That's what I'm referring to. Perhaps we are referring to different ideas.

Perhaps you're just not reading. Our roster, as it stands is largely devoid of legitimate scoring threats beyond Maten going into next year. Any coach heading to UGA is going to have to polish some turds or hope for some early production from the incoming freshmen. Forbes, in my opinion, would be the one most likely to be able to work with the talent we have on the roster to put together something resembling a lineup and rotation that he might have envisioned, but it doesn't change the fact that the team probably consists of at least 50-60% guys he wouldn't have recruited. It's just the nature of inheriting a roster in basketball unless you're going to a place that has recruited at an elite level.

Would Keatts likely have a longer lead time? Most likely, unless he was able to get some pretty stellar production from young players... I also didn't say he wouldn't.
