Orgeron is going to get 3 years regardless. After year three his buyout is NOTHING.
We pay aranda 2, so naturally out of respect you need to give the head guy a fairly wide compensation gap even if it's a controversial hire.
I say this as someone who was not a fan of the hire, but certainly am going to give him a chance

No he is not. If he loses every SEC game this year he will be gone
