UF has a runner up NC as well in 2000.
It wasn't meant to gloss over that fact, just that having 2 NC's makes up for a lot of the lack in history.

I definitely agree, I just don't think you can say UF > Arkansas as a program quite yet. I think it is a better job going forward though if that makes sense.
