Did I say persecuted?
In every aspect of American life, there is pressure being applied to remove any reference to Christianity.....and if you're oblivious to that fact, I'd question your intelligence....or honesty.

Persecute means to subject someone to hostility or ill-treatment, thats the same thing as 'attacked'. Unless of course you mean that people are physically attacking christians.

Nobody infringes on your right to be Christian. They infringe on your right to subject all citizens to the rules and practices of Christianity.

I can't imagine that you would enjoy saying the pledge with references to allah. Or monuments of the vedas on the courthouse steps

So gay people can get married now. Boo fricking hoo.

Religion has no business being taught in public schools. It's not education, it's brainwashing.

Other groups getting the same rights does not equal the other group losing theirs. Not one single Christian church has been shut down by the government. Not a single law has been made to prohibit Christians from worshiping. ( don't use public schools for your argument here because no child has ever been stoped from saying a silent prayer in any school). Christians churches are STILL TAX EXEMPT EVEN THOUGH MAMY OF THEIR PASTORS TALK POLITICS FROM THEIR PULPITS.
In fact, the taxpayers in Kentucky had to help pay for that stupid creationist museum that is now going bankrupt.

Religion has been the bane of humanity ever since we created it.
