No because the only way Ole Miss accomplished anything was because of cheating to get OOS players who put them in position to win a few more games than they normally would.
So how does Ole Miss getting busted and losing out on National kids benefit State?
It doesn't. For State to consistently win 9-10 games a year would mean that they would have to beat Bama, LSU, and A&M year in and year out. Not to mention the SEC East schools they would also have to beat. I don't see where Ole Miss has ever held State back from success because Ole Miss is still the only SEC West School (A&M being a newbie) to never reach Atlanta. State has.
