The AJ Johnson thing was overblown. Just a physcho ex pressing false charges.

It's still going through the courts. The defense has been trying to get the phone records/social media stuff that both girls just happened to delete and claimed to have broken phones when it was asked for.
Those texts can show intent and may well clear AJ and Williams but I don't know if I'd say it was all overblown. We don't know enough yet.
However, the title IX stuff was completely overblown and about procedure in the first place -- not the university doing something nefarious but rather did every 'i' get dotted and 't' crossed procedure.
