Seems excessive. Guy was outside of the club on the street, not sure his "bouncer" responsibilities extend that far and require suplexing a dude on the pavement.
He's opening the club up for a lawsuit.

We were sued for much less and lost. Touching a patron outside of the front door is a BIG no no. They are going down.
