If the NCAA can't find any ties and tunsil didn't go on record with the NCAA....then they don't have anything to act upon. The fact that they waited so long in the process to grant players immunity is pretty telling.

So you are saying they can't use his very public statement vs the statement that he gave vs the statement of what his step father gave?
