2-3 years is all it takes for good coaches.
Virginia Tech had 2 10 win seasons when Williams was hired. By year 2 they had won 20 games, now in year 3 they have a good chance at the NCAA tournament.

The rebuild time depends on keeping the current players. These are guys are not great but it's a killer if we lose the core. Then add guys to make the nit then add better guys

Unless we hired Calipari or Coach K, our mess was not going to get fixed in 2-3 yrs.
