It's easier to win a title at Florida, especially right now, and the state has more talent than the entire Mid-South and state of Mississippi combined damn near every year. The Florida and Georgia jobs are almost certainly the best in the conference. McElwain is already making in excess of $4 mil., and he breached that threshold more quickly than Freeze did.
