Can it really be that bad for a grown man to work for Saban, or has this been a series of unfortunate events?

He has had numerous employees work for him for several years.
As far as Sark, getting an OC job offer from an NFL team with arguably the best offensive talent in the league isn't exactly something that one turns down. Its not like its even close to a lateral move.
