So other schools are beating down the doors to hire Locksley as OC? Because otherwise, what difference does it make if his title is WR coach or OC?

No. But other schools (Florida for one) would certainly give Locksley a Co-OC title to go along with a coaching position just to snag him for his recruiting. We preempted that by giving him the title (and money) to keep other teams from stealing him.

Giving Lockley the "Co-Offensive Coordinator" position is no different than when Tosh was given "Co-Defensive Coordinator". It's just a title
