4* OG Trey Hill says AU is still in the race. He's visited Auburn more than half a dozen times. He plans on making a decision in December after the season right now. Hill wants to visit LSU, Ohio State and USC in July. He also plans on getting back to AU sometime. Says the coaching staff is what really stand out to him about AU. He talks with Herb Hand at least twice a week and said he would love to be coached by him. As of right now AU and UGA will probably not get official visits because he wants to use those to places he can't really drive to

5* LB Owen Pappoe could be close to committing with CLEM & FSU the top teams most likely. However, AU is trending and it's all because of Travis Williams. Pappoe says T-WILL is his favorite coach recruiting him and apparently he's been on him since the 8th grade (guess when he was grad assistant). When he visited AU recently he brought his parents who got to sit down with Williams and it went well. He says what he likes about Williams is that he's real with him. Most of the time they aren't talking football when he sits down with him and that he loves the fact that he goes out with his players and invites them to his home. He wants to get back to AU soon, probably for the BBQ event

If Auburn can start winning I really think you could see us start landing some of these elite LBs. We got one in Moultry last year tho not sure if we will get one this year (though I think Harris is elite and OHST might pass). But another strong year by LBs on field paired with more wins could be enough ammunition for T-WILL to start snagging these top LB guys because they all love him (Ben Davis, Nate McBride, JJ Peterson, Owen Pappoe)
