It could still be a situation where she had said she didn't want to, and then got drunk and it happened. Then she blames him for "taking advantage of her". He feels bad and apologizes because he knows she had previously said no and he shouldn't of let it happen. It really doesn't sound like he physically held her down and raped her. Sounds like a drunken uh oh on both parties. All she has to do is claim rape and boom she gets the benefit of the doubt. I don't think Rice is a bad kid..just kind of a piss poor situation to be in.
