Arkansas? Mississippi?
Let's see...
In 2016 LSU outscored those teams by a combined score of 76-31, outgained them in total yards 1,062 to 616, and outrushed them 701 to 188 yards - combined.
701 rushing yards to 188.
Compare that to last year when LSU lost both games by a combined 77-31, being outgained by a total of 948 yards to 762 yards.
Orgeron completely turned the tables on both of those programs, and you want to talk shite about the dude?
Yeah, you a scary.

Yea it wasn't like those teams sucked or anything, it was totally Ed Orgeron's tremendous coaching prowess that was the difference in the 2015 and 2016 games.
After LSU beat Arkansas, I saw the silver lining as it strengthened Ed O's chances of getting the job. Then, LSU lost to Florida in a fashion frequently associated with Les Miles and I thought "welp, he's definitely not getting the job now, guess that embarrassment was for nothing." LSU hired him anyway
Ed frickin Orgeron, the Ed Orgeron who was one of the worst head coaches in SEC history, yes that Ed Orgeron
