I would think the KKK always endorses the republican candidate. They certainly aren't going to endorse a liberal that wants to get rid of guns. Usually no one gives a rats arse but this time the liberal press made a big issue out of it in the media in their attempt to drag Trump down.

At this point it wouldn't surprise me if the KKK was being paid by lefties to come out of retirement every four years and jump one guy up on the big screen to announce their support of the standard republican running. CNN goes hunting for these half breed rednecks in the backwoods that can barely speak English and puts them on tv so they can say look at all the white supremacist supporting republicans. They basically convicted people Mitt fricking Romneys milqtoast arse was a racist. It's insanity
