Cheese Grits, literally everything in your last post is false.
Oh really?

Clemson has 5 NCAA championships (2 football, 2 soccer, 1 golf).
From wikipedia comes this little gem…
NCAA team championships and the ACC
NCAA team championships
The Virginia Cavaliers lead the ACC in NCAA men's titles with 17, while the North Carolina Tar Heels lead in women's titles with 29, and in overall NCAA titles with 40. Excluded from this list are all national championships earned outside the scope of NCAA competition, including Division I FBS football titles, women's AIAW championships, equestrian titles, and retroactive Helms Athletic Foundation titles.
School / Nickname / Total / Men / Women / Co-ed / Most successful sport (Titles)
Clemson / Tigers / 3 / 3 / 0 / 0 / Men's soccer (2)

S Carolina has not made a final 4 while in the Sec.
Clearly you are an idiot, and wrong Cocks Final Four as SEC member
quote:
They've never made one period.
Not only have they made a Final Four, but they have won 2 CWS in the SEC LINK
quote:
Were you just hoping that all slipped by unnoticed?
No, but I clearly see where you keep moving the narrative in the hope Clemson will look better than it is, clearly they are not. Here are the SEC schools and recognized NCAA titles. LINK
None none on list include FBS football championships
42 Arkansas
43 LSU
30 Florida
29 Georgia
16 Tennessee
14 Auburn
12 Texas A&M
11 Alabama
10 Kentucky
03 South Carolina (2 CWS means 2 of 3 are Big Four)
03 Vanderbilt (1 CWS means 1 of 3 are Big Four)
03 Clemson would fall here in SEC (insert Nelson Ha-Ha gif here) and 0 for 3 in Big Four
02 Missouri
00 State
00 Rebs
It is humorous io see how poorly the Taters fit the SEC sports profile and why they did not get the invite in the last SEC expansion. The mothership in Birmingham though more of the Missouri Tigers than the Tater Tigers and they got the invite instead.
Mizzou > Taters

Start a LSU baseball does not matter thread on here. See just how much LSU fans care about baseball

Football and men's basketball are the only sports that move the needle.
So 400,000+ LSU fans that pass through The Box don't move the needle?
So 1,000,000+ SEC W basketball fans at SEC home games don't move the needle?
You really need to get out more
In 2016
244,196 Cock fans turned up for a home WBB game
8,964 Tater fans turned up for a home WBB game
244,198 > 8,964 (I know math is hard for Taters)

Stop being obtuse and argumentative just to show your arse.
I am not being obtuse at all, I am making actual points and providing actual numbers to support my points. Clearly something you are unable to do when it comes to overall sports at Clemson. Instead of arguing with me, why don't you get on your AD's arse and quit bringing up the arse end of the ACC.

i'm not a fan of soccer but i would say men soccer makes more sense than women bball as 'big 4'.

You are missing the entire point, I am saying all these Taters are on a SEC board spouting how great they are. Maybe by Tater standards, but by SEC you are in the bottom half or bottom quarter. Aside from having limited football, you have no real other sports, yet you think you would be the cock of the walk in the SEC.
I am laughing at you not with you for your obvious delusions of grandeur.

clemson's competitive in football, baseball, tennis, soccer and most likely track n field. basketball is the weakest but much of that is playing in ACC.
focusing on solely on national titles kind of misleading.
Clemson has had 3 undefeated seasons in football but didn't win a title because it was decided by poll:
Year Coach Record
1900 John Heisman 6-0
1948 Frank Howard 11-0
1950 Frank Howard 11-0-1

Clearly your sports base is quite limited
Football is clearly #1
M basketball is clearly #2
W basketball is clearly #3
Baseball is clearly #4
If it helps, try to notice which sports are on TV the most and draw advertisers
If you are still this slow, go to the NCAA site and look at attendance numbers for college sports. W basketball drew almost 8,000,000 fans last year. Show me where M soccer is drawing even 1/10th of that number.
The more you post, the more your Tater education shows how limited it is.

ok, i believe average male who likes sports does not care about women bball.
if clemson was winning a natty in women bball every year, i wud not care.
i think for most people, football and basketball only ones they care about. baseball would be a distant 3rd, then a big gap between it and the rest.
i don't understand why the wiki page doesn't include football titles with the other NCAA titles. isn't football run by the NCAA too.

I've had fun with Clemson fans the last 2 years. They were a good and classy group, both in agonizing defeat and elated victory.

because the NCAA does not sponsor a championship in FBS football. Are you a toddler to not know this? Are you unaware of Oklahoma vs NCAA that went to the Supreme Court?

Key word being "you"
Clearly if 8 million or spare showing up for WBB games "you" don't mean squat, so quit trying to puff up like you do. Clearly your conference (ACC) cares about WBB even if your school does not.

Clearly you are below the average then, but you are a Tater fan.

I am a fan of Navy
My roots and family are deeply entwined in the SEC
You pick on one school I will defend them all
Clearly you are whistling past the graveyard in that you will never be a member and yet here you are on a SEC board hoping. It makes me laugh.
