Playing qb behind Bama's line?

I mean hurts did it, and that kid has no business throwing a football. How hard can handing the ball off, throwing short routes and long 50/50 balls? He reminds me of Nick Marshall

Dobbs had better stats and played behind a shittier line. Sometimes it really is just a matter of popularity.

I would have been fine with Dobbs winning it, but Dobbs was mediocre at best against good teams in totality.

Let's not act like Dobbs was some sort of star quarterback all season. Half of the Tennessee fans wanted him benched after the South Carolina game and then he went wild against Tennessee Tech, Kentucky, Missouri and Vanderbilt.

He had 11 TDS and 1 INT vs those 4, he had 14 TD and 9 INT heading into Tennessee Tech.
