You missed the point, it's about quality in small states not quantity.
How many first round picks in the last 4 years has Ohio produced? Top 20 picks? Top 10 picks?
If you are consistently getting high pick NBA talent on a regular basis, it's not hard to build a good team. You don't need 7 players in one class in basketball, the average class size is 3-4.
Arkansas as a state, especially these last few years and the next few years (which is what really matters) is one of the best small state recruiting grounds.

You can't build a program on one player a year. And you're not going to have a 100% land rate of the players in your base.
You're better off in a state that produces a lot of very good talent than in a state that produces one great talent
Ohio is a way better recruiting base than Arkansas, and you're absolutely fooling yourself if you try to convince yourself otherwise
