This is why we don't use ESPN for recruiting spin kids
The amount of good players that Arkansas produces isn't comparable to Ohio.

You missed the point, it's about quality in small states not quantity.
How many first round picks in the last 4 years has Ohio produced? Top 20 picks? Top 10 picks?
If you are consistently getting high pick NBA talent on a regular basis, it's not hard to build a good team. You don't need 7 players in one class in basketball, the average class size is 3-4.
Arkansas as a state, especially these last few years and the next few years (which is what really matters) is one of the best small state recruiting grounds.
