I thought the same thing (50/50) until his post game comments last night and his interview with Reece on SC tonight.

He's proud to be from Bama. That doesn't translate into wanting to coach there and possibly ruining the relationship.
He's smart enough to know he's got an easy road to the playoff every year at Clemson.
BTW, why are Bammers are looking for their next coach already?
