Most every major college S&C coach is gonna get the same results.
Only Cochran at Alabama is someone that strikes me as a gamechanger as a S&C Coach

He finished college in 1977, so apparently he's about 62 or so.

Rock Gullickson has been a S&C coach in the NFL for the last 17 years with the Packers, Rams and Saints and won NFL S&C coach of the year when he was with the Packers. He was a S&C at the college level for 22 years before that with Texas, UL, and Rutgers.
Most if not all of us are very happy with the hire.
