I love this line of thinking.

Neither Canada or Aranda are strengths in recruiting. That's okay, coordinators don't have to be great recruiters, they just have to be good at their jobs and not net negatives in recruiting.

Head coaches need to be good recruiters. Kelly actively hates recruiting.
