RC was 12-0, 10-0-1 and 10-2 (with the conference title trophy of the best conference at the time) in those three years. All three would have made a four team playoff.

Who gets left out in 98? There is no way they would have made it in over UT, FSU, Ohio State or UCLA

11-2 in 1998. However, Tennessee, Florida State, UCLA, and Ohio State would have all gotten in above them.
