That's just how nicknames work. A good friend of mine, 35 years old, and to this day everyone still calls him Donkey lol

Yep. You don't get to choose your nickname or how long it lasts. It's actually surprising that a Bama fan doesn't understand how southern nicknames work. I thought everyone in the south understood it -- well at least those of us raised here.

Yea I know how it works, I know a Mutt and a Byrd. Going through school even the teachers would call them that and everybody's parents didn't even know their real name.

I would just think he would have said "stop calling me Booger" a long time ago, he is a big ol dude.
