I'll go with the dorky nuke on this one.
Sorry pal, but I know how you guys roll. Magic the Gathering in the berthing and such. Don't take it personally.
But yeah, I'm not gonna cry over losing this guy. Chances are he never pans out anyway. Major red flagger in my view.

I agree with NN, spend more time recruiting the trenches and let this kid have his moment at someone else's expense.
