He can kill her with his bare hands, it's very, very doubtful she could do the same. Hell, she could have very well been killed there had her temple slammed the edge of the table. So yes, his fist is most definitely considered a weapon. They are actually deadly weapons comparative to her. Regardless, the whole situation was premeditated on his part. He walked to the table, he lunged at her with a closed fist when he could have walked away, he proceeded to roundhouse punch her. He got what he was looking for.
