For a running back to be considered elite I think they should be able to rise to the occasion against the best competition and LF7 didn't accomplish that.
He is a very talented back but he showed he never had the killer instinct in the big games that other rbs have had that elevated their team and made them elite rbs.

Nothing any Alabama fan says on Fournette is worth a shite. They're all pissed he didn't go there.

Peyton Manning never beat Florida and went on to win a couple of Super Bowls. Sometimes elite players get shut down against better college teams, but flourish given the right NFL team.
