You'd risk that one positive thing being undone if you fired him now. It would also be really bizarre timing. He'd have coached zero conference games with a full roster of his guys, and we haven't had a game with his supposedly impact transfer. Those reasons are why it won't happen now.

I'm sure they're doing their diligence behind the scenes to find the next guy.
