The thing of it is, it's DIFFERENT when texas does that. You stoopid out of state aggys just don't get it--when your town is cloaked in progressivism, confederacy is a good thing, and racist incidents are probably either lies or just your fault all along

this is what gets me. this is their go to every time this stuff gets brought up. they say we're brainwashed? they outright deny racist shite happening in austin or on the UT campus because "AUSTIN IS SO PROGRESSIVE!!!!!!!" even when it has unimaginably deep racist undertones
